Shipping policy

*If your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at thewillowlanesmocks@gmail.com to request a change of address. If your package is returned or lost due to shipping to the old address, you will be responsible for new shipping fees.

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. When ordering through the website the customer has the option to purchase route shipping insurance, we recommend doing so to protect your items should they be lost in the mail or not delivered. The Willow Lane is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped.

*Please check your items upon receiving them, any manufacturing defects must be reported to The Willow Lane within 7 days of receiving at thewillowlanesmocks@gmail.com. You will have 10 days to get your defected item in the mail with provided tracking. We issue returns labels for items with defects only! Should you fail to get your defected item in the mail within those 10 days, your item is no longer eligible for exchange. 

*We can ship anywhere within the United States. When you place an order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and USPS guidelines. Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be shipped to you.
